Can I use these appliances in my country or region?

Are the cups, bottles, ingredients, and other props shown in the photos included?

Are accessories interchangeable between models?

Will the bottle warmer fit every baby bottle?

Compatibility with every bottle should not be assumed. A bottle’s diameter, height, shape, and material can affect whether it fits and which warming method is appropriate.

Can a bottle-care appliance be used on bottles that have not been washed?

Do not assume that the appliance automatically removes milk residue or food debris. Clean bottles and accessories according to their care instructions before using the appliance’s applicable care functions.

Materials may differ in their tolerance for UV exposure, steam, or heat. Check both the appliance instructions and the accessories’ care labels.

Does a temperature-controlled water appliance automatically prepare formula?

Temperature control or water dispensing alone does not establish that an appliance can prepare formula automatically. Features such as powder dispensing, measuring, or mixing must be explicitly confirmed in the specific model’s description.

When preparing formula, follow the formula manufacturer’s instructions for water, temperature, and mixing ratios. A keep-warm function does not mean that every required preparation step has been completed.

What should I check before purchasing a breast pump?

Review the flange size, included accessories, adjustable settings, power source, and cleaning requirements. Fit and individual comfort vary, and stronger suction is not necessarily more suitable.

Read the instructions before use. If pumping causes pain or discomfort, stop using the pump and consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

Kitchen Essentials

Can I make yogurt simply by adding milk to the yogurt maker?

Yogurt preparation generally requires suitable milk, a starter culture, and an appropriate recipe. Prepare the ingredients according to the appliance instructions and your chosen recipe. Heating or keeping milk warm alone should not be treated as a complete yogurt-making process.

The finished texture and consistency depend on the milk, culture, and preparation conditions.

Can a wet and dry grinder process any dry or wet ingredient?

No. Wet and dry grinding still has limits concerning suitable ingredients, batch sizes, and operating times. Some configurations may require different cups or blade assemblies.

Use the appropriate configuration described in the manual. Do not assume the appliance can process ice, bones, or other hard materials that are not specifically approved.

Does the electric cooking pot include every pan shown in the photos?

Not necessarily. Different options may include different cooking vessels or accessory combinations, and photos may show several configurations together.

Review your selected option and the package contents. If you need a particular pan or attachment, confirm that it is included before purchasing.

How is a portable blender different from a traditional juicer?

A blender uses blades to break down and mix ingredients, so the drink generally retains pulp and fiber. A juicer with a separation mechanism may separate the liquid from some of the pulp.

Our portable blender should be understood as a blending appliance. Suitable ingredients, liquid-temperature limits, and restrictions on using ice depend on the specific product instructions.

Everyday Living

Will a mug warmer keep drinks at the same temperature in every cup?

No. Mug material, base shape, beverage volume, and room temperature can all affect warming performance.

The appliance’s displayed or labeled heating setting is not necessarily the actual temperature of the drink. Use heat-safe drinkware approved in the instructions and follow the requirements for the warming surface.

Can an ultrasonic cleaner clean all eyeglasses, jewelry, and dental appliances?

No. Some lens coatings, loose or damaged frames, glued components, certain gemstones, and some dental appliances may be unsuitable for ultrasonic cleaning.

Before cleaning, check both the cleaner’s instructions and the item’s care requirements. For aligners, retainers, or night guards, confirm with the provider that ultrasonic cleaning is permitted.

Can a mini dehumidifier cover an entire home?

Choose a dehumidifier according to the specific model’s intended coverage. Mini appliances are generally intended for appropriately sized local spaces. The term “mini dehumidifier” alone does not establish whole-home coverage.

Performance also depends on room temperature, humidity, ventilation, and room size. Follow the placement instructions, keep air inlets and outlets unobstructed, and check the collected water regularly.

Operation & Cleaning

Can I wash the entire appliance or put it in the dishwasher?

Do not assume that either method is permitted. Motors, heating bases, charging ports, and other electrical components may not be suitable for exposure to water or immersion.

Clean only the removable parts identified as washable in the instructions, using the specified method. Dishwasher compatibility must be confirmed separately.

What should I do before using an appliance for the first time?

Check the product and accessories against the package contents, look for visible shipping damage, and read the included instruction manual in full.

Clean the applicable parts as directed, then confirm that the power supply and assembly meet the appliance’s requirements before use.

What if the appliance will not start or does not operate normally?

Tracking says “Delivered,” but I have not received my package. What should I do?

If you still cannot find the package, contact customer support with your order number and tracking details. We will assist with investigating the situation rather than closing your inquiry solely because tracking shows “Delivered.”

Can I change my address or cancel an order after placing it?

Contact customer support as soon as possible with your order number and the details of your request. Whether a change or cancellation is possible depends on the order’s processing and shipping status and the applicable cancellation rules.

What if my order arrives damaged, has missing parts, contains the wrong item, or does not work properly?
