Everyday Living includes mug warmers, retainer cleaners, ultrasonic eyeglass cleaners, and mini dehumidifiers. Check product pages for available configurations.

Check rated voltage, frequency, and plug type against your local supply. A plug adapter does not necessarily convert voltage. If electrical specifications are unclear, contact us before purchasing.

Included accessories and quantities are determined by the package contents and selected configuration. Lifestyle photos may include bottles, drinkware, ingredients, or other props that are not included.

Review flange size, included accessories, settings, power source, and cleaning requirements. Stronger suction is not necessarily more suitable. Stop use if pumping causes pain and consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

Use a suitable milk, starter culture, and recipe according to the manual. Warming milk alone is not a complete yogurt-making process. Texture depends on ingredients and preparation conditions.

No. Ingredient types, batch sizes, operating times, and cup or blade configurations have limits. Do not assume ice, bones, or other hard materials are approved.

A blender breaks down and mixes ingredients, generally retaining pulp and fiber. Check the instructions for suitable ingredients, liquid temperatures, and restrictions on ice.

Mug material, base shape, beverage volume, and room temperature affect performance. A plate setting is not necessarily the drink temperature. Use compatible heat-safe drinkware.

No. Some coatings, damaged frames, glued parts, gemstones, and dental appliances may be unsuitable. Check both the cleaner manual and the item’s care instructions. Confirm dental-appliance compatibility with its provider.

Choose according to the model’s intended coverage. Performance depends on room size, temperature, humidity, and ventilation. Keep air inlets and outlets unobstructed and check collected water regularly.

Do not assume either is allowed. Electrical parts may not be exposed to water or immersed. Clean only approved washable parts using the specified method. Dishwasher compatibility must be confirmed separately.

Check package contents, look for shipping damage, and read the full instruction manual. Clean appropriate components as directed and confirm the power supply and assembly requirements.

Check power, charge, installation, lid closure, and other required conditions in the manual. If the issue continues, stop repeated attempts and contact support. Do not disassemble it.

Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 7–20 business days after shipment. These are separate stages. Products ship from China; shipping is calculated at checkout, and import duties and import taxes are included.

We email a tracking number after shipment. Check your spam folder if necessary. Contact us with your order number if tracking does not update for an extended period.

Check your address, doorway, mail area, front desk, and possible recipients. If still missing, contact us with your order and tracking details. We do not close an inquiry solely because tracking says Delivered.

Request cancellation before shipment. Confirmed cancellations receive a full refund for the canceled portion without a cancellation fee; shipping is refunded when the entire order is canceled. After shipment, the applicable return process applies. Statutory rights remain available.

Keep the product and available packaging and contact support with the order number and relevant photos or video. Confirmed issues receive an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without additional costs resulting from our responsibility.

Submit a request within 7 calendar days of delivery. General appliances may be unpacked for inspection but must show no actual use and have complete accessories and packaging. Opened or used hygiene-sensitive items, including breast pumps and retainer cleaners, are not eligible for preference-based returns. Mandatory rights and product-issue remedies are preserved.

Approved returns go to our U.S. warehouse. Support provides the address after approval. Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns, and original shipping charges are not refunded unless law requires otherwise. We cover necessary costs for issues that are our responsibility.

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Bank posting may take additional time. There are no restocking or refund processing fees.
